And when he says he will call when a part that is out of stock comes in, he really means it. I bought Tomei ECGs and they were on national back order. It was months before they came in, but he called the day he got them. I called at one point during the wait to see if he forgot, because that is what always seems to happen with things like that, but he knew right away what part I was waiting for and knew to call me when it came in (even after over a month!)
